1. Overview

This policy explains how RelicJacker handles personal information when you create an account and use the service. RelicJacker is a card-collection, storage, trading, organisation, and event-management platform.

2. Information we collect

We collect the account information you provide, including your username, email address, and password. Passwords are stored as secure hashes rather than readable text.

We also store information you add while using the service, such as collection records, storage layouts, trade availability, organisation memberships, roles, event attendance, and the storage you choose to bring to an event.

3. How we use information

We use this information to create and secure your account, authenticate you, provide the features you request, enforce access permissions, display shared information, maintain the service, and investigate misuse or technical problems.

4. Sharing and visibility

Information is shared only as needed to operate the service. Organisation members and event attendees may see relevant membership, attendance, and tradable-inventory information. If you make a storage container visible or use a share link, people with access to that link may see the information presented on its public view. Your private collection quantities are not included in the public storage view.

We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect the service or its users, or to service providers acting on our behalf.

5. Cookies and sessions

RelicJacker uses an authentication cookie to keep you signed in and protect access to your account. It is necessary for the service to function. We do not currently use advertising cookies.

6. Retention and security

We retain information while your account is active and for as long as reasonably necessary to operate the service, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and protect the platform. We use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security.

7. Your choices and rights

You can control which storage is marked visible and which storage you associate with event attendance. Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or receive a copy of your personal information, and to object to certain processing. You may also have the right to complain to your local data-protection authority.

8. Changes

We may update this policy as the service changes. The date at the top identifies the latest version. Material changes will be communicated through the service where appropriate.
