LEGAL.02 SERVICE PROTOCOL
TERMS OF
SERVICE.
Last updated 14 September 2026
1. Acceptance
By creating an account or using RelicJacker, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. The service
RelicJacker provides tools for recording card collections, physical storage, trade availability, organisations, and events. Collection records, availability indicators, and event information are organisational tools only; they are not guarantees of ownership, condition, value, authenticity, availability, or completion of a trade.
3. Accounts
You must provide accurate registration information, keep your credentials secure, and promptly address suspected unauthorised access. You are responsible for activity performed through your account. You must not impersonate another person or create an account for unlawful or abusive purposes.
4. Acceptable use
You must not use RelicJacker to break the law, infringe another person’s rights, deceive or harass others, distribute malicious code, probe or bypass security, disrupt the service, scrape it at unreasonable volume, or access information you are not authorised to view.
5. Your content
You retain ownership of information and content you submit. You grant RelicJacker the limited permission needed to host, process, reproduce, and display that content to operate the service and the sharing features you choose. You are responsible for ensuring that you have the right to submit and share it.
6. Organisations, events, and trades
Organisation owners and managers control memberships and events within their permitted roles. Users are responsible for their interactions, event participation, and trades. RelicJacker is not a party to agreements or exchanges between users and does not guarantee another user’s identity, conduct, inventory, or performance.
7. Availability and changes
The service may change, be interrupted, or be withdrawn. We may add, remove, or modify features and may suspend access when reasonably necessary for security, maintenance, legal compliance, or enforcement of these terms.
8. Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not promise that it will always be available, error-free, or suitable for a particular purpose. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, RelicJacker is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the service or interactions between users.
9. Ending use
You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you materially breach these terms, create risk for users or the service, or where required by law. Provisions intended to survive termination, including ownership, disclaimers, and liability limitations, will remain effective.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the service develops. The date at the top identifies the latest version. Continued use after an update takes effect means you accept the revised terms.
